The sweepstakes: From August 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010 Slimpressions will promote, on www.slimpressions.com the opportunity to win each month the Slimpressions garment of the winner’s choice as detailed below. Facebook advertising may also be used to promote the sweepstakes beginning August 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010.

Eligibility: In order to submit entries, consumers simply sign up for the free newsletter on www.slimpressions.com by entering their valid email address. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Slimpressions or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months in one calendar year.

How to enter: (I) Sign up for the Slimpressions newsletter at www.slimpressions.com. Each email registration becomes an entry into the monthly sweepstakes. All sweepstakes entries become the property of Slimpressions may be used by Slimpressions for any purpose and in any media in perpetuity.

How to win: The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted from all qualified registrations on or about the last day of each month. In the event that the original winner does not meet Official Rules or eligibility requirements, or he/she or parent or legal guardian forfeits the prize, Slimpressions award prize to first alternate. Process will continue until the prize is awarded.

The selection will be held on or about the last day of each month. Decision of Slimpressions is final. The grand Prize winner will be notified by e mail and must meet all eligibility requirements.

By entering, each contestant agrees to be bound by the rules. Slimpressions, its promotional agents and sweepstakes co-sponsors are not responsible for incomplete registrations.

Prize: Each monthly winner will each receive the Slimpressions garment of her choice (any color/size/style based on product availability.) Approximate total value of the prize ranges from $28 - $72. There are no other prizes.

The prize is non-transferable. There may be no cash or other substitutions of prizes by winner. However, Slimpressions reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in the event the winner’s first choice is unavailable for any reason. Individual, parent or legal guardian of winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to the prize.

Winner or Parent or legal guardian of prize winner authorizes Slimpressions to use the winners' names, likenesses, photographs, voices and biographical data for any purpose, in any media, unless prohibited by law.

Unforeseen Events: Slimpressions reserves the right to change this sweepstakes at its sole discretion at any time that Slimpressions become aware of any circumstances or occurrence which would materially affect the sweepstakes security or fairness. Slimpressions reserves the right to announce any sweepstakes rules changes over the air, in print or posters. Slimpressions is not responsible for the inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason.
