How do I return or exchange Slimpressions ordered online?
Our return policy is simple. We want to make you happy. We stand behind our shapewear and want you to be completely happy with it, so if for any reason you are not satisfied, just send us an email and we'll do whatever we can to make you happy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked. Not happy with the size or style you chose? No problem. We can exchange it (or refund it if you prefer). We’ll cover any shipping charge for the return/exchange so there’s no risk to you. Simply email us at returns@slimpressions.com. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to return or exchange your order.

Although our sizing works for most, some prefer their shapers just a bit snugger or looser. (Think pantyhose. You know if you like your nylons a little more fitting or a little more generous.) If you feel the size you chose is not perfect for you though, no problem. We are happy to exchange your garment for another size or you may return it for a full refund. Your choice.
