How do I return or exchange Slimpressions ordered online?
Slimpressions will gladly accept returns or process exchanges of products in original condition and original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the full price of the order less the shipping and handling fees. Please send an email to orders@slimpressions.com with the words RETURN/EXCHANGE in the subject line. Please include your full name, phone number, and invoice number in the body of the email. A member of the Slimpressions customer service team will contact you to provide you with the necessary information to return or exchange your order.
