We all have unwanted problem areas, which is one of the main reasons Slimpressions® was created. In additional to your overall cardio, there are specific exercises you can do to ‘tone by zone.’ We’ve touched on arms and the belly, but for our final post in the series, let’s tone that tush!
- Lie on your back with your knees bent.
- Squeeze your glutes together while lifting your hips to the ceiling.
- Slowly bring back down and repeat 20 times.
- Get on all fours.
- Kick your left leg backwards towards the ceiling, keeping it bent.
- After 20 kicks, switch legs and repeat.
- Crouch down into a “frog” position, placing both hands on the ground.
- Jump up straight, lifting your hands to the ceiling.
- Repeat 20 times.
